Xbox Controller ‘Device could not be migrated’

Hi guys,
Hope somebody help me, I couldn't find a solution for my problem. What is the meaning of 'device could not be migrated' in the device manager?

Never seen this error message myself but I've not used and XBox Controller on Windows 10, only Win 7, assuming you're using Win 10 like the rest of the world.
