Nice catches! I'm surprised this this car doesn't spin around after you save the slide.
With how many team drivers did you do this race? I suppose you managed to complete it? How does it work with incident points, I guess there's not a limit of 17 points?
Oops, sorry I thought I had replied already. Saving slides in a McLaren looks like this on a timeline, where the "s" is the start of the slide:
s<<<--->>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
If you correct during "<" it will snap to oversteer, and if you correct it during ">" it will keep sliding forever, so you have a tiny window to get it straight
We did the 24 hour race with 3 drivers. We didn't complete it because we got stuck in the pits after 19 hours with no way to leave. They fixed that bug now though.
We have no incident limit. The admins run software that counts how many off-tracks a team gets and in which section. If you get more than 5 off-tracks per 15 laps in one of those sections you get a drive through. Avoidable contact is protestable.

We've done a race at CotA a few weeks ago. I forgot to update this post then. It wasn't that interesting anyway in my opinion. I like the track, but it's hard to race on, especially with wildly varying wing settings. Me and the other driver on my team both spun a few times and a car hit us, sending us to the pits for 8 minutes, resulting in a 43rd position for us.
Coming weekend is the Bathurst 6 hours, I've updated the first post. I'm now driving with Pure Racing Team 1, because some of our drivers are doing a different race on that day.
I'm looking forward to it but I'm also terrified

. Managed to qualify 17th so if somebody crashes on the mountain on lap 1 we have a high chance to be in front of them when that happens. I don't think we are given any free repairs so it's going to be an attrition race for sure.
