Day 2 now of Trading Paints still being down which honestly seems a bit odd.
I don't know exactly what it is that could have happened to keep them down this long but it can't be good? Normally you have server backups of at least the software install and database (if applicable) and use these to restore service on new Hardware if required.
The fact this hasn't happened as of yet makes me wonder if there's a bit more to the issue than we know?
Does anyone have any more up to date information as to what's keeping them down so long?
Personally it doesn't affect me too much as I only have a handful of paints in my Showroom and I'm not financially invested via Trading Paints Pro. Having said that, they probably should be a bit more transparent about the issues and estimated downtime window to those who actually pay for Pro.
