Re: Daytona 24 B2O team?
Here's a
first draft I made for the schedule. It's not set in stone yet.
http://www.speakvisually.net/Schedule/index.htm
Please look over it, you need to be almost 100% sure you can be there for both your driver and co-driver (spotter) sessions. In the event of the driver not making it, the co-driver is responsible for driving.
To everyone- please ensure, unless an emergency, that you stay around to spot for the next driver until your replacement shows up.
With a few exceptions, most drivers will start their sitting as the spotter, so as to ease them into it and allow time for warming up.
Early times for eastern (1am-5am) were tough to fill, but I delegated the task to pacific-timers until Noel can sub in at normal morning hours (for him). It's not too bad I think for pacific-ers (until 2 am I believe) but if this is an issue please let me know.
If you have any issues at all with your schedule or the scheduling in general, speak up. If you can't be depended upon, we won't be mad, but it's better to be safe now than to screw your team over.
I realize it looks like i'm being selfish by putting myself for the beginning & end of the race. My availability makes later in the day Sat. and early morning Sun. impossible (Wife's bday) but if someone would like to take over for my last three spots, that's not a problem. That stint starts at 5am for me!
EDIT NOTE: Race estimate 820 laps. Equal share would be 117 laps per person (7). Fair share is about 30 (rounded up). One hour stint should be about 34 laps.
