2025 iRacing 24 Hours of Daytona

Attached is the setup. It is basically baseline (daytona_24) but with the front ARB set to 2 instead of 3.

Hey all, are you planning to run laps this Thursday 16 Jan or Friday before the event?

If so, I'd love to turn some laps with you all just to experience driving again, it's been a while.

I've no intention of being part of the Team though, so don't worry about that lol. I just want to see how my spine and knees feel after a few hours at the wheel.

If not, no bigge, just thought I'd ask.

Livery updated with mostly subtle changes as follows:

• B2O Logo updated for 2025, B looks more like a B than a line with a number 3 behind it.
• Livery color updated from metallic blue -> black to metallic blue -> darker blue. Very interested to see whether you all like it or not?
• Band of Others hood adjusted.
• Mirror posts colored.
• Cabin roof air intake painted.
• Striping overlaps removed.
• Fueling port highlight fixed.
• Specmap adjustments.

Changes coming:

• Updated socials
• Driver names

So if I got y'all right, we're 7 people for the team now?
If we're actually this much, are we maybe interested in creating two teams?

I'm not trying to mug anyone of their drive time, so I'll take my fair share, but generally I'm happy to do like ~8 hours of driving.

Is anyone else also interested in more drive time? Might be worth considering then..

3 people for a 24 hour race is a pretty daunting task, not so much for the drive time but for the fact that you only have 1 person spare, unless everyone is available all the time for the entire event.
I do not wish to be on a three driver team.

We've been in for the real 24h NBR with only 3 drivers and I know it is exhausting, but I also like the challenge about it.
But I totally see why that could be too much for some and totally respect that you don't want to be in a 3-drivers team.

I mean I " could " replicate the real life thing, but I would need a team of people that will look after all my needs, (food drink massage etc), some mechanics that get all my rig ready and manage my stream, and also be pretty athletic so I didn't just drop down dead the next day lol.

That's amazing, I need that No but for real, I get that and I'm not judging. I usually have easy food ready and don't need much. I'm just blocking my whole weekend for the race and I want to be dead the next day

I'm in officially. I don't need a ton of stints if we've got a lot of drivers, it will just be good to do an event again

Assuming the times are in UTC/GMT, I might be unavailable around the time of stint 11. Could you either make me do a triple stint (4-7) or swap your double stint (12-13) with my stint (11)?

Also a side note BTW, theoretically we could double stint tyres to use the full 41s of refueling for optional repairs, in case we collect them.

Hey guys, it looks like I'm out The remodelers are now saying they wont be done until Saturday at the earliest so I cant go home until they're done. Looks like you have plenty of drivers. Matt, great to see you back!!!

Sounds like the remodelers need some remodeling themselves
Not much you can do about the weather I guess though. It seems like the U.S. is both frozen and on fire at the same time.
