B2O Paint Schemes for iRacing

Yes but that's what you see, it's not indicative of what others see.
Anyway, it is cool for sure and I love the look of it but it just doesn't blend in with the other cars around so it's probably not for me.
I'd love it if iRacing could just be a bit more faithful in their aesthetic decisions when it comes to mimicking real life Racing Series but until that happens I'll likely just try to work with what they give us.

The McLaren looks awesome from what you've shown so far. I can imagine that logo being a bitch to get right.
Aside from adding Driver names and Country Flags, I finished the v1 of the McLaren Endurance last night.
The red B2O on the side went much better the second time around because instead of trying to place multiple panels simultaneously I only placed one at a time. It may have taken longer to do but the end result is far superior to what I've shown in screenshots.
It's clear I'll have to redo the one side but I'll tackle that at some time in the future.
Incidentally, the McLaren looks like a Driving Billboard. Never have I seen so much vehicle space taken up by Sponsor Decals.

Ya I really wish there was some continuity in that regard but my guess is it's as you alluded to, it's a different deal with each manufacturer.
Since skinning isn't something iRacing supports (or even cares about) we're stuck with whatever limitations then impose on each vehicle.

I've started playing around with the advertising aspect on some cars just because of how poorly it's layed out currently.
The Corvette's is better as is the McLaren but I still think work can be done particularly when it comes to advertising Practice Pals.
Before I get into this project too far, do you guys want to see variations of the Corvette scheme on other cars outside of GT3 such as GT1 and perhaps the Caddy?
