Looks...pretty much like BF3, just more of it.

Are there actual gameplay changes, like HOW the game gets played, or is it just additional weapons and vehicles, and new maps? If it's just the latter, it might be worth it at, say, a $30 buy, but for me, it's not really worth it for graphical upgrades that my PC (from 2010) will probably have difficulty rendering for more than that.

I did. Looks basically the same to me from the video.

On the other hand, I did a bit of digging and it looks like they've vastly improved the class design, and changed how squads work some. I'm intrigued about this and will have to dig further. I'll likely still wait for a sale of some kind (I have a TON of single player games to play right now, and not as much time these days for Battlefield style games), but I'll take a closer look.
