There's also a high value camp at 009002, it had an L85 AWS and i left a few things there .


Watch out tho, our camp is not alone, towards the west there are 2 others. (Been camphunting last night)

Okidoki, check this out.
First and most important, I have parked the UAZ at 036035 as i had to leave for work so if someone can get it (Been raiding 2 camps i found so quite usefull )
Camp 1 is at 009002
Camp 2 is at 093016
Camp 3 is at 083014 (empty) and they probably switched to camp 2.

So....if i can i'll try to be home a little earlier as we do want the UAZ back in case noone else of us can bring him back

I'm starting to wonder if maybe it isn't a good idea to setup a tent or two directly West of Kamenka, perhaps near the peak of a mountain?

It's amazing how small this map is starting to feel once camp after camp has been found.

Well, make an admin section (Hidden) in the forum and i can tell you in detail what's currently going on.

Also saves Duke some work , not needing to set up a whole new forum section and all .

This is as hidden as it's going to get I'm afraid. I'm not a big fan of hiding forums anyway because it means less Search Engine exposure, less Search Engine Indexing and of course, less overall traffic; not a recipe for any Community interested in growth.

There really is no need to have Forums and Multiple Subforums for just one game IMHO. It gets increasingly difficult to manage if you continue this trend over years of being online and repeating the same trend over and over again for every game.

Eventually it becomes a scroll-fest of dozens of forums that have no more than 10 topics in each which any experienced Webmaster will tell you is a cardinal sin.

This forum does require registration to see which means you have to be a member to even see it. The Search Engines don't even know it exists so it's effectively invisible to the Internet in toto.

If we get to the level of paranoia where we feel people are registering here just to get our camp info. (God I hope that day never comes), we can always verify these claims via IP address in forum and in server.

...or we could do the right thing and invite them to join us ingame and in TS and make some new friends.

I'll make a post later tonight to describe what i encountered and make it public to "our DayZ friends" on the forum so they can keep a look out.

It's not your fault that I'm a bit of an aesthetic forum nazi.

At the end of the day it's about building a forum presence and that guides all my decisions. The more content you hide the more you stifle potential growth and that just isn't conducive to growing a vibrant Community or paying the bills for that matter lol.

Ya sadly I know there's games out there where espionage is an active part of the process but I try to stay away from that kind of stuff whenever possible.

I do realize there will come a time when we'll have to embrace a game or two here while at the same time making it "invite only access" or something similar, I'm just trying to keep that kind of access down to a dull roar.

I've never been a fan of limiting anyone's access to information so I try to keep things as open and honest as humanly possible; hopefully people identify and like that about Fragtard and join up.

If possible I want you all to help build a vibrant and close-knit Community where cliques don't take hold and ruin the Community. I've seen the damage a clique can do at Lifesupporters and I'd hate for it to happen here.

BTW, I'm working on 3 1/2 hours sleep and I just drank an XL Double/double so I'm a bit high on caffeine right now

No that's not entirely true; see, I had Alt+Tabbed out of the game so when I came back in it was DayZ Mod that took a shot at you my good friend.
