My setup is very similar to Spa / Philip Island, except the gear ratio is 3.75. I think I was running about 85 litres when I did my fastest lap. Low fuel is gonna be tricky to drive here and I doubt it will make a lot of difference for qualifying.
The most important time gains I found was when cutting apices (apexes?), especially the last corner of the esses and going into the left towards the chicane. It took me a while to stop bouncing over the yellow things in the esses because of the right-hand driving position.
Where are you spinning Duke? I haven't noticed a particularly nasty place where the car gets out of control unless you hit a big curb.
