Guild Wars 2 - guild names

I don't think we will be going with WOLF Guard anymore so does anyone have any thoughts?

Not sure how it will all play out yet if we are going to create our own guild or join ranks with a large guild.

tm tossed out "Nut Guard" as a name for the guild and I have to say I'm really liking it.

I have a certain affinity with 1 and 3, however, 2 certainly has a ring to it as an overall umbrella term for us

They even do cups! Seems ironic that it comes without a "tard guard" though.

GW1 and the Wolf Guard

Oh well...
We (T.T.H. and me) are still now as the WOLFers in GW1 and for me I still sit in the old Guild Hall, that never changed since we made 2005 a vote and think of the good old wolf spirit - although the news ones in the guild, have never known it.
There is also still the old homepage.

And I am missing the good old times and most of the dutchies. But since we found a family now, we'd love to join a guild and not lead one anymore.

I don't wish to lead either, but I will if no one is really interested in the position. With that said, my play style is very casual and I wont expect anything from anyone. Did the whole guild leader once already and all I can say is meh. I hear you hexe. So I'll set up the guild and just be a normal grunt like the rest, just say when an option needs to be added to the guild hall.

As hexe said I don't intend to lead a guild in GW2. Been there, done that, was awesome, but I just don't have the time and nerves for such a task anymore.

Several of the German Wolf Guard members which are still semi-active with hexe and me in GW1 are looking for a guild, too. I politely asked them not to found any guild with "wolf" in the name because most of them don't know the true origins of it. In addition I'm a bit frustrated that the "young guns" of them did not found a guild yet. Seems they're not really in the game yet and are waiting for release day.

I'd really appreciate to be invited to a guild with all of you. It's the third beta weekend now and I really miss a guild chat. There's missing something when it's not there. Anyway, our gaming times are limited and definitely European timezone based because at 11:00pm the whole family goes to bed exhausted after the newest family member finally fell asleep.

We're currently on the European server "Seafarer's Rest" because the one we initially intended was already full yesterday, grrrr (I really dislike MMORPGs with "servers"). The only downside is it's "low population" which will put it to a disadvantage in WvWvW - which I intend to play a little bit because castle sieges are epic.

T.T.H.! Good to see you sir!!! Of course you and hexe will have an automatic invite, that is a given. I set up a guild last night, FragTARD, it was crazy simple because I could do it strait from my user interface all on my own with no money invested. Officers can have exactly the same rights as the Guild leader, so everyone is free to do what ever with the build-out of the guild.
