I don't think it will buck the trends, the math guys will, almost, always say fuel-saving is faster than a trip down pit road... but it's good when you get a mix of both strategies. Too often the entire field is on the same strategy (sometimes it's mandated by the series), making it hard to tell and just leaving fans with the nagging "what if" question.
