Absolutely. You're off the team...@Noodleguitar
i had a question: would it be bad if i missed tonight's practice pals? because i might go to a party with a couple of friends and then i'll miss (most of) practice pals.
do we get team suits and helmets?Just to reiterate from our issues we ironed out before, for anyone wanting to use the paint locally as a decal layer, you'd use:
For a team paint: car_team_decal_xxxxx.tga (xxxxx = team #)
For a driver paint: car_decal_xxxxx.tga (xxxxx = driver #)
The team # we're using for the Le Mans race is in the OP if you need. Remember, after naming these and putting them in their proper folder, you need to right click, go to properties, and click read-only so TP won't overwrite this file.
I'll update this post with the proper naming for team suits, etc. @Zac_Sonic You said you'd work on a suit for us, right?
If Marc does a team suit, it will be a team suit and you'll have to do provide for yourself locally to see it. TP wants you to pay for that sort of thing so team suits are only a TP Pro capability. Helmet is always the same, it shows your usual driver helmet regardless of whether you're in a team session or individual session. Though I don't think you can have it change based on team / individual session unless you're paying for TP Pro.do we get team suits and helmets?
-Technically no, but if you want to see the car properly, you can do as I said above for the team paint. It will still show you the regular paint, but the paint with decals is a tiny different, namely the nnumberplates are more realistic. If you look at the numberplates Duke's screenshots in page 5 of this thread, that's how they'd look if you didn't do as I said above. In my screenshot, I have it as a decal paint locally.ok so to get it clear:
i don't have to do anything on TP for the car
i just need to put in TP the suit that might be made by Marc so i can see it myself
and i use my own helmet?
(sorry if i'm being an idiot i just wanna know for sure xD)
I'm doing 55's as well with the odd 54 so we'll be the turtles on our team.results of my latest double stint if anyone's interested:

it's worth noting that i did 13 laps both stints
i'm getting used to my new pedals but i'm still slightly off-pace. is 3:55 still the required average at 40C track?
Thank you Noel, ill check it out nowDon't worry about the average lap time too much. There is no such thing as a 'required' lap time. It's just the closer we are as a team to that, the more accurate our schedule will be.
Setup updated once again with tire pressures that work in this weather. If you want other pressures because of a different driving style for example then that is fine, we can change them every pit stop. They are now 165 kPa, except for the RR, which is 169.
-----------------
Did about 1.5 stints in a public session. As can be noted, until my pit stop the traffic was quite intense, as opposed to the second stint:
Laps
With a decent amount of traffic I could run 13 laps flat-out, having 0.6 L left at pit entrance. So I think we should be fine on fuel for 13 laps, if it gets too close we can always do a bit of lifting during one or a few laps.
Here is my tire data taken after a stint.
