So I'm not sure if anything really came of this, but I'd like to form a serious GT3 Enduro team this season.
This would entail running every BES race (they run for 2 weeks, so there are only 6 tracks... and the races are twice on saturday and once on sunday). It would also entail running the Road Warrior series (Oct 10 is Petit LeMans)
I'd prefer to drive the BMW but willing to drive Macca as well.

There was only 1 event I was involved in and we crashed out on Turn 2 after the green flag waved. We were running the Ruf and ended up in the wall damaging the engine.
We were off pace by 4 seconds/lap and so ends my only experience in Endurance.
If we can get a few people interested then I'll likely hop on board.

For BES, I'd prefer to only run a 2 man team. 3 Max. The races are 3 hours. If more are interested for Road Warrior events, that's fine. But still BES is a pretty big commitment so if you're interested let me know.

lol, I actually got up early that morning just to show my support. I think it was 5 AM my time on a Saturday, the birds weren't even up yet.
Do you have a problem with 3 man Teams, 1 man/hour? The reason I ask is then we have 3 and if one drops out we're not stuck.
You kind of alluded to it above but my concern is that it's really difficult to always commit for me. The best I have ever committed was to V8's and I still dropped 4 weeks in 12.

As long as everyone is serious about it I'm all game because that wold be awesome. Need to try and get 6 if that's the case.
Need to start working it out so we can plan for our first enduro race. Next weekend is kinda a must for me, as the following weekend (as mentioned earlier those are the 2 weekends for week 1 BES) I will be moving to the new house.

Yes, sorry for the late reply. I had to think about it a little because before this post I hadn't even considered the Blancpain Endurance series. The schedule looks pretty good!
My first thought was to drive the series solo (I think you still get points here) but it's probably much more fun with a team.
If I participate I will take it seriously of course (practice maybe 15 minutes the day of the race
). Does anyone know how long the qualifying is inside the session? It being a team session it's very likely that a team's drivers can't qualify at the same time.
Which time slot do you guys prefer? I don't think any of us would prefer the 9:00 GMT. I can only do Saturdays 19:00 GMT due to work on Sunday.
All that said, I see Tomas is also interested? I don't know what you and Kyle talked about but if the team has 3 members already there is no point for me to be in there too. I'm also willing to be part of a second team if the other drivers are also serious about it.
