Yeah i was thinking of getting back into it after a few weeks of very different activities.
I really do miss the thrill of flying as close as possible in formation
Anyone else up for some flying? Heck even if you don't have the game you can fly the tf51d and su25 for free.

I do, but it will be late at night for me. I have lots of things to do this sunday.
I set up my DCS so i can host a server now. I have some free flight missions set up for different weather and time of day, mainly to free fly the Mustang.
If u guys are planning on doing F15 groups, maybe make a simple mission with some targets we can shoot at, i still have to learn combat and the SU-25 as well, it can attack ground targets yaaay
I also would like to land in formation.

I know Doc is around for tonight so we should be around 4 pilots (Yes Jeeve a 4 ship formation landing is within the options.
Do you remember that mission with all the planes on the aerobatic server? I managed to get it myself
I'm up for anything really, combat wise i still have a lot to figure out and handling the plane itself can always use some work so i'll let you surprise me.

Enough of this Jet-fuckery.
Flying this mustang and Quick talking about skinning jets got me looking in to mustang files, and look what i found.
A J-79 Reno racer Stang waiting for me to push into WEP "War Emergency Power". If u promise me u'll learn the Mustang, maybe i will make u guys some skins as well. Check it out !

I should have a working mission with personal loadouts and liveries by tonight.
It features 2 tankers from both factions, so each plane that supports it has the ability to practice mid air refueling.
Currently it's flying at the A10's refuel speed but that does mean every plane could keep up, even the P51 ;-)
So if anyone has any personal requests for a livery, loadout and which plane, go ahead and mention it in this thread.
In case you want a custom livery and have found one for your plane please add it in your post so i can add it to the pack and mission.
If it becomes more popular i'll probably make a separate topic for it.

Oh btw, the mission features all available planes up until the L39.
So if you happen to be using the free planes you can join without problems
At this point there is only the blue faction, but i'll definitly add the reds once we get into combat, blue on blue however isn't enforced by kicks or bans, it would only mean your target marker has a cross through it because you are targeting a "friendly". So dogfighting/air to air practice can still be done.
