Well it is official! Supercars just tweeted confirming that new V8 Supercars are in the works for iRacing! The article states that we won't see these cars until 2020 so the first season of the Gfinity Supercars Eseries will use the V8's iRacing already have.
In slightly worse news, Supercar driver Scott McGlaughlin already took shots at the series, suggesting their models are already out-dated as of this month...
...but beggars can't be choosers, and a refresh of anything new was badly needed for the V8 community, which hasn't seen any new content since the Holden came out in... 2015? (Chew on that, "...we're treated like second class citizens..." Dirt Oval community...



)
Hopefully, over the next couple builds, we'll see a couple more Aussie tracks slide into the mix, as well!
