I changed the Wing gurney flap from 20mm to 10mm.... and i got a 3:50.190....... might want to investigate this....
Okay, I'll try that, I had the wing gurney flap at 10 on a set that Marc had given me and it did seem faster at 10. Great time BTW!!!!

Did you try setting the BrakeSys (if I remember the name correctly) to around 10? The baseline has it near minimum and it caused me to spin out many times when braking during corner entry.

Denis made a starting setup which feels more stable to me than baseline (and faster). We're not sure about the gearing yet. To me it feels like the slower corners are in-between first and second gear.
Not sure we're using the same set, vis a vis the gearing. I'm using the one Slider posted earlier (like page 3?) and slow corners are not between 1st and 2nd, they are flat pegged purple in 2nd, you have to up shift before you've even gotten the throttle planted.

I'll give this one a whirl tonight.

@Brainling did you see my post above? I'd like to know those things so I can adjust the setup if needed. Unless you're a gear lower than me in those corners (which corners?).

I was able to consistently get down in to the 3:19's tonight in a late practice I through up. If I put the perfect lap together I think I could do a 3:18. I'm super happy with 3:19's though, understanding that race pace with traffic is going to be quite a bit slower than that.

It's just until Pure releases their set, nothing special but Pure I believe will feel similar. This is their moded Monza set so I think it will fell similar
:D :D

Setup felt pretty good aside from bouncing on curbs, so I've adjusted it a little. It's better, but not ideal. Not sure if it can be reduced because of lack of DF at low speed.

Bedo would like to race Le Mans in RSR but can only race Sunday morning due his wife's bday on Saturday. @Skid_Marc_ can you add him to the RSR team? I added him to the schedule if we are able to work him, that would be cool.

Unfortunately, I have to pull out of the race. My assistant at work had given his notice for August 20th but on Friday he decided that this coming Friday would be his last day, so now I need to work on Saturday.

Can you please let @Ryan Shelton know that unless he's willing to drive the Porsche 911 RSR we won't have a Team for him. Also, he will need to be in Practice next week or we simply cannot permit him to drive.

I hope he can understand that at this point many of us have put in long hours of Practice and cannot risk adding unknown variables to a Team Event. I know he's a great racer and a great guy but it's not enough, you have to turn laps with us in order to be able to race with us.

I told him before I posted on the forums. I'll relay the message. However, to be clear, he must practice with you in practice pals to be able to qualify to race with you all during the event?

Yes.

As you've seen the focus is very much on Community, Fun and Comradery but in saying that we want to ensure all Teams have the best chance possible to place well in a clean car.

Endurance at B2O is a growing and constantly evolving program which cannot happen if we do not strive to put our best foot forward. I believe this is reflected on track and is the reason we continue to grow.

This only happens if everyone gels and is on the same page which only happens if all Drivers are present and communicative.

Hi guys,

I received some family news evening and unfortunately my granddad passed away this evening. As you can imagine I'm pretty cut up at the moment and have made the decision to pull out of the race and look after the rest of my family and make sure they are ok and don't want to race not being in the right frame of mind and possibly ruining the race for the rest of team.

Sorry it appears I've wasted your time and will completely understand if your angry and I will keep a look out when I can to see how you guys are doing during the race.

Sorry for your loss, Ryan.
I'm sure nobody would or will hold a grudge against you. Several of us always stream, so feel free to come by.

From a stability and comfort point of view the one we have now is pretty good. I can't comment on the pure speed, I'll leave that to Denis and Noel.
