@SavreticD Thank you very much. I'll get practicing tomorrow morning. I am working afternoons all week, so I can practice between 2pm and 6pm your time.

Thanks @Skid_Marc_ , I still need to put in pit info, but it is getting there. And I actually think it should be 14 laps, 15 could require some serious fuel saving, but that could be a decision by each team. We can discuss tonight if folks are on PP.

Could you add the #78 RSR paint to the #78 Lakehouse team in Trading Paints? It shows you as the owner so I can't add the paint.
 
I forgot to say, practice double stinting tires too because we must double stint, not hard but if you never did that, practice.
We should meet in practice tomorrow or Friday but not that late as P Pals, I cant. Maybe a bit earlier?

I only proposed two potential time slots where you could take over a total of 2 stints @Jes_971 and @incndry.

It's probably best you take the earlier option of the 2 and I'll finish off the race.

I've mentioned earlier about my times due to work. I've double stinted before, even triple in HPD, but I'll definitely practice it.

i'll be there for moral support and to annoy people :p

But unfortunately i can't drive. I have quite some experience in the ferrari so that's what i signed up for. Just because i would need less practice and that would mean less knee problems. I would have loved to drive le mans 24 (my favourite endurance) with you guys. But unfortunately it didn't seem as if there was going to be a ferrari team. Switching cars would've meant that i had to put in a lot of practice hours and that didn't work well for me at the Nurburgring 24 at all.

i decided it would be better for me and the team to sit this one out.
hopefully one day i can fully enjoy iRacing again and join you guys in some endurance adventures.

@Sam Roselaar, did you try the RSR because it is very similar to the 488, maybe even a little easier, better in the corners? I wouldn't compare this to Nurburgring, Nurburgring just getting back up to speed on the track is difficult no matter what car but having to learn a new car and getting back on the track is extremely difficult. We would love to have you even if for a couple of stints if you feel like you could do it :)

I've done a couple of double stints on the LMP1's tires, they feel fine. The fall off isn't that big. I'll continue to be around all week at PP for practices. Unfortunately I can't be there much earlier than that since I am west coast US. Maybe Friday I'll work from home so I can be a round a bit earlier and we can try and get the full LMP1 team in to a practice then.

@Sam Roselaar I second Deb on that. The RSR isn't that dissimilar to the 488, it's not like learning a new car.

I'll do a little bit of practice tonight (around 19:00 - 19:30 GMT) to test the new setup.

I was driving over the center line constantly, good to know that's not helping. What about the curb in the Ford chicane? If that one is bad we have a problem right? And what about the curbs in the chicanes on the straight? They shouldn't be too bad I think unless you go too far / at the wrong angle.
 
Sure,I have planned to do one more test alone for setup, in control environment so I can host session and we can practice

You can take all curbs if you hit it right, but I'm not hitting right, just 1 time to much and pit time so it's not worthed, especially at the last chicane.I just know that I will take curbs 6-7 times ok but 8th will be costly, for sure

Ya,in GT3 middle of the road is must,in LMP get away from the middle as far as you can :D
Worth about 4kmh and about 0.7 in lap time

It's interesting to check Motec to see what is happening with car and dynamic rake in the middle and on sides, so different. Middle sucks front splitter so much to the ground adding rake and you are slower.On sides car is flatter

Ford chicane curbs you can take it, just be careful of slowdowns. The most deadly are last chicane and curbs in the 1st corner but in the 1st corner just don't take to much. Sometimes you can get damage if you take it to much. Anyway, the last chicane avoid if you can
Also inside curb of the Tertre Rouge,if you take it to much you can damage the car but that is then mistake,not normal line
Bottoming on the exit curbs in both PlayStation and Michelin chicanes you can damage the car.Sometimes its ok, sometimes not so I'm avoiding to go over with both wheels

Noel, I'll do another double stint tomorrow morning, but my out-of-traffic pace is low to mid 20s comfortably.

I just did a double stint on a set of tires with that new set @SavreticD and it felt great. It tore the fronts up, I was down to 60% on the inside of my front left, but it never felt bad.
